  Cashier Representative
What you'll be doing:
  • Process banking related services and products such as wire transfer, checks, and electronic fund transfers;
  • Process quick and flawless financial transaction in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence;
  • Execute retirement account’s contribution and distribution;
  • Securities position validation and transfers;
  • Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and company assets;
  • Other job duties as assigned.
What you should have:
  • 0-3 years Retail Banking experience.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese including speaking, writing, and typing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task/prioritize/time manage towards meeting deadlines.
  • Permanent Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.

  Customer Service Representative
What you'll be doing:
  • Daily phone/email/live chat interaction with customers regarding investment product information and services;
  • Provides services at every customer interaction to create a positive customer experience and ensures that the customer’s needs are met;
  • Provides exceptional Customer Service by meeting all customer demands as they relate to relatively straightforward inquiries, with the support of more experienced personnel;
  • Customer Service Representatives Assesses customer information and provides appropriate product and service solutions;
  • Maintains strong product knowledge and champions core service values;
  • Able to take ownership of customer issues and resolves problems independently, escalate difficult issues to supervisors when appropriate;
  • Performs a broad range of tasks of varying complexity and scope to meet the demands of business needs.
What we're looking for in you:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and excellent Communication skill.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
What you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred.
  • Bilingual Chinese/English skill including speaking, writing, and typing.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
